Connect your business phone to your Betula assistant so your assistant can handle calls.
Call forwarding lets your existing business phone automatically send incoming calls to your Betula assistant number. Your customers still dial your regular number, but your Betula assistant answers the call.
You stay in complete control—turn forwarding on when you want Betula to take calls, and turn it off when you want to answer directly. It's that simple.
Your phone will ring first if it is on and reachable. If you are on another call, choose not to answer, or if your phone is off or unreachable, the call will be forwarded to your assistant.
Note: iPhone users need to disable voicemail for this to work properly.
This option forwards all calls directly to your assistant automatically. This is ideal if you already have a business number and want your assistant to handle all calls to that number. Since all calls are forwarded automatically, callers are connected immediately to your assistant, unlike conditional forwarding where they may hear multiple rings first.

Enter the special code on your phone like making a regular call, then your new assistant number, and press dial.
Make a test call to your existing number to confirm forwarding works.
This forwards calls only when you don't answer after 3-4 rings or when you're already on another call.
This single code turns off both unconditional and conditional forwarding.
Important: Verizon doesn't support iPhone's call forwarding toggle—always use dial codes. Test your setup by calling from another phone.
Set up each condition separately:
To disable specific conditions: ##61# (no answer), ##67# (busy), ##62# (unreachable)
Note: Works with T-Mobile and carriers using their network like Metro, and Ultra Mobile. iPhone users can use Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding for basic forwarding.
This single code covers all conditional scenarios (busy, no answer, unreachable).
Note: iPhone users can also use Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding for basic forwarding, but conditional forwarding requires dial codes.
Conditional Forwarding: Not reliably supported. Boost Mobile primarily supports unconditional (all calls) forwarding only.
Important: Boost doesn't support iPhone's call forwarding settings—use dial codes only. Press the Talk key on your phone to dial. You'll hear 3 rapid beeps when setup is complete.
Note: Mint Mobile requires adding "1" before the phone number.
This covers all conditional scenarios (busy, no answer, unreachable).
Note: Mint uses T-Mobile's network, so standard GSM forwarding codes work. iPhone users can use Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding for basic forwarding.
This covers all conditional scenarios (busy, no answer, unreachable).
Note: Cricket uses AT&T's network and supports GSM forwarding codes. iPhone users can use Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding for basic forwarding.
Setup Process:
Go to Settings > Calls > Incoming calls and toggle off call forwarding, or remove the Betula number from Linked numbers.
Note: Google Voice only supports unconditional (all calls) forwarding. Conditional forwarding is not available.
Wait for a confirmation tone or voice prompt after dialing.
Note: These codes work for most traditional landline providers (AT&T, CenturyLink, Frontier, etc.). If *72 or *73 doesn't work, contact your landline provider for specific instructions.
Before setting up call forwarding, you MUST disable voicemail on your mobile line.
Most Canadian carriers (Rogers, Bell, Telus, Fido, etc.) block conditional call forwarding when voicemail is active. If you skip this step:
Action Required: Call your carrier's customer service and request to completely disable voicemail (not just turn it off in settings). Confirm it's removed before proceeding with setup.
This sets up forwarding for busy, no answer, and unreachable conditions all at once.
Should display your Betula number.
Or individually: #67#, #61#, #62#
Important Formatting:
Note the double asterisk before the time value.
